SOUND ASSURANCE PREMIER WARRANTY & SERVICE PROGRAM Sound SmartDR® “Gold” EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The following is an executive summary of the terms of the Sound Assurance Premier Warranty & Service Program – Sound SmartDR® “Gold” Warranty (“Sound Assurance”) provided by Sound (“Sound”) as part of your purchase of qualifying Sound Equipment. The equipment covered by Sound Assurance (the “Covered Equipment”) is identified in your final order summary. All information included in this executive summary is subject to the Sound Assurance Premier Warranty & Service Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”; referenced here: SOUND ASSURANCE PREMIER WARRANTY & SERVICE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS ).
SUPPORT SERVICES:
“24/7” On-Call Emergency Support: On-call technicians available 24/7 for emergency support.
Remote Diagnostics & Repair: Access to Sound’s remote diagnostics and repair services including direct software downloads/fixes for optimum system health. Requires dedicated broadband internet connection and Sound must be provided with networked access to the Covered Equipment (including firewall access).
Online Support and Training: Access to Sound’s online support resources, training documents and other educational materials available at https://apps.soundvet.com
Remote Image Management: Access to SoundSafe™, Sound’s cloud based DICOM image storage service, available at: www.antechimagingservices.com
Software Patches/Fixes: Free.
Software Discounts: 25% off the regular list price for any purchase of Sound Software products up to a maximum of $2,000.00 in discounts per year.
Preventative Maintenance Services: 25% off the regular list price for any Sound on-site preventative maintenance visits.
Select Accessories Discounts: 25% off the regular list price on the purchase of one (1) Sound foot pedal replacement per year.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: Subject to the limitations set forth in the Terms & Conditions, Sound warrants during the Term that the Covered Equipment will (i) be free from defects in material and workmanship, and (ii) conform to Sound’s published product specifications in effect on the date of order of the Covered Equipment. Product specifications are available on request. This warranty does not cover any work stations, servers, or other peripheral equipment connected to the Covered Equipment.
