SOUND ASSURANCE PREMIER WARRANTY & SERVICE PROGRAM Sound HD Dental “Gold” EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The following is an executive summary of the terms of the Sound Assurance Premier Warranty & Service Program – Sound HD Dental “Gold” Warranty (“Sound Assurance”) provided by Sound (“Sound”) as part of your purchase of qualifying Sound Equipment. The equipment covered by Sound Assurance (the “Covered Equipment”) is identified in your final order summary. All information included in this executive summary is subject to the Sound Assurance Premier Warranty & Service Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”; referenced here: SOUND ASSURANCE PREMIER WARRANTY & SERVICE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS ).

Remote Diagnostics & Repair: Access to Sound’s remote diagnostics and repair services including direct software downloads/fixes for optimum system health. Requires dedicated broadband internet connection and Sound must be provided with networked access to the Covered Equipment (including firewall access).
Online Support and Training: Access to Sound’s online support resources, training documents and other educational materials available at https://apps.soundvet.com
Software Patches/Fixes: Free.
Sensors: 5 years of coverage. See SOUND ASSURANCE PREMIER WARRANTY & SERVICE PROGRAM ADVANCED REPLACEMENT PROGRAM for more information about Sound’s Advanced Replacement Program benefits and all applicable terms and conditions.

Generators: Handheld: 1-year of OEM Warranty; Mobile & Wall-mount: 2-years of OEM Warranty; see http://www.myvetimaging.com for details.
Sensor Replacement Coverage: One (1) time free Sensor replacement during the 5-year coverage plan. Coverage does not include damaged sensors which have been soaked in corrosive liquid (such as bleach or alcohol), USB connector that have been soaked in any liquid, and improper disinfection techniques such as steam or heat sterilization. After 1 time free sensor replacement is consumed, customer can purchase subsequent replacements with a 25% off current list price.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: Subject to the limitations set forth in the Terms & Conditions, Sound warrants during the Term that the Covered Equipment will (i) be free from defects in material and workmanship, and (ii) conform to Sound’s published product specifications in effect on the date of order of the Covered Equipment. Product specifications are available on request. This warranty does not cover any generators, work stations, servers, or other peripheral equipment connected to the Covered Equipment.
ADVANCED REPLACEMENT PROGRAM: As part of your warranty you are covered under Sound’s Advanced Replacement Program.
